Uses in immunocompromised patients for the ttt of invasive aspergillosis , candidaemia in non-neutropenic patients, fluconazole-resistant serious candidiasis, oesophageal candidiasis, and serious fungal infections due to Scedosporium and Fusarium spp.
Side effects Precautions:Acute renal failure may occur and renal function monitored during ttt. Liver function should also be monitored.
