Mechanism: non-depolorizing neuromuscular blocking agent as adjunct to general anaestheia ,Sk. Muscle relaxant during surgery or mechanical ventilation .
Cses: Neuromuscular blocker. Muscle relaxation occurs within about 1.5 to 2 minutes of I.V. injection and lasts for about 45 to 60 minutes.used for endotracheal intubation & to provide muscle relaxation in general anesthesia for surgical procedures
