It is C/O: in patients with, sepsis, peripheral vascular disease, ischaemic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or hepatic or renal impairment. Used with care in patients with anaemia. It is C/I: in pregnancy because of its oxytocic effect Dosage:2 tabs. Usually when migrain attack can be repeated up to 3 times daily .
