-Oilezolid is a reversible, nonselective MAOI and therefore interact with adrenergic and serotonergic drugs. Enhanced pressor activity with Pseudoephedrine. serotonin syndrome when linezolid was taken with serotonin reu take inhibitors, and similar sym toms when it was taken with dextromethorphan.
