Uses: moderate to severe, active rheumatoid arthritis. Also used in ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis, in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and in plaque psoriasis. Given by i.v. infusion over a period not less than 2 hours.
Doses: The initial Dose is 5 mg/kg, repeated at 2 and 6 weeks and then every 6 to 8 weeks; if there is no response after 2 Doses no further treatment should be given.
