Uses 1st. line tttt of metastatic colorectal cancer in combination with 5-flurouracil & folonic acid (Caleucovarin) . N.B. 50 mg+10 ml. solvent to obtain 5mg/ml. 100 mg+20 ml. solvent to obtain 5mg/ml. cm then dilution with 250 ml. to 500 ml. to gives drug concentration not less than 0.2mg/ml. Solvent glucose & never Sod. Chloride .
