Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL): I.V. Dosage: Adults and Children: 2 mg/min IV weekly for 4 weeks
Brain carcinoma: I.V. Dose Adults and Children: 1.4 mg/min IV on days 1 and 8 every 28 days in combination with mechlorethamine and procarbazine Breast carcinoma :I.V. Dosage: Adults and Children: 1 mg IV on days 1 and 8 every 28 days or 0.625 mg/min weekly . Used in conjunction with cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, fluorouracil and prednisone. Hodgkin's disease I.V. 1.4 mg/min IV on days 1 and 8 every 28 days
Small cell lung carcinoma: I.V. Dose 2 mg/min IV every 21 days in combination with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, or etoposide.
